An overall approach through a complete service for customers:
- Energy management at the levels of both demand and supply to improve energy consumption.
- Long-term contractual arrangements based on customer needs, both in the public and the private (residential, tertiary and industrial) sectors. There is a commitment to results which are contractually defined with customers.
- From design to implementation of energy efficiency measures, in compliance with quality standards and procedures.
- Operation and maintenance of the implemented energy efficiency improvement measures throughout the whole term of the contract, which implies a close partnership with customers.
- Monitoring and verification of project savings, to ensure the improvement of performance and cost optimisation.
- Promotion of district level solutions for heating and cooling supplies, through the efficient operation of these systems.
